Folds of Honor Biplane with Ed Hamill

Col (ret) Ed Hamill returns to the Bethpage Air Show flying the Folds of Honor Biplane. Ed is a veteran air show pilot and one of the founding performers at the Bethpage Air Show at Jones Beach. While completing his 30-year career flying F-16s in the Air Force, Ed has performed in his biplane for over 42 million at air shows across North America.

Hamill now partners with the Folds of Honor Foundation, a nonprofit organization which provides educational scholarships to the families of military members who have fallen or been disabled while serving in the United States Armed Forces. Since its inception in 2007, Folds of Honor has awarded over 35,000 scholarships totaling more than $160 million in all 50 states. For more information, please visit http://www.foldsofhonor.org.

Ed has more than 2,200 hours in the F-16, including 80 hours of combat time. With a blessed career of flying airplanes, Hamill is very excited to give back to the communities that have given us so much. Ed is married with two children and resides in Glendale, Arizona.
